At Oaklands Dental Surgery we always do our utmost to achieve the highest levels of patient satisfaction. If however you have visited the Surgery and feel as though your experience has been less than expected we would encourage you to contact the surgery directly (by post or telephone) so that we can respond to your complaint and endeavour to rectify the situation.
We always strive to resolve any complaints ‘in-house’ and aim to acknowledge any contact within 48 working hours and fully respond within 10 working days. Complaints are generally handled by our Practice Manager Mrs Helen Jolly or our Assistant Practice Manager Miss Posey Jolly.
