From the traffic lights at the Black Bull pub, head along Black Bull Lane past the Leisure Centre and Fulwood Academy. When you reach the mini roundabout take a right, heading through Cadley all the way along Cadley Causeway, until you reach another mini roundabout. Turn right at Spar.
Head North along Woodplumpton Road, continuing along the road as it becomes Tag Lane. Our practice is at 378 Tag Lane, which is on the right at the corner of Pool House Lane.
